Extensive Covid precautions will be taken: Masks must be worn at all times, temperature check taken before entry, Covid waiver release form to be signed, hand sanitizer (or gloves) must be used, and social distancing must be practiced. We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

For this impressive home we will allow approximately 30 people at a time (30% capacity), so please be patient!

Great 4 bedroom home filled with vintage treasures! This beautiful quite filled home has items collected for decades from 2 generations. Terrific contents include:

Art: Impressive amount of art in multiple genres - watercolors, original oils on canvas, lithographs. Important works by listed artists including watercolor by Society of Six artist Selden Gile, many original works by Louis Siegriest circa 1960's-1970's, 3 original black & white gelatin silver print photographs by Brett Weston, Yves Klein Musee des Arts Decoratifs litho from 1969, and a vast selection of artist paperwork from shows circa 1950's-1980's. Homeowner is an accomplished artist in his own right. His works span the decades and are included, as are his father's original portraits, landscapes and oils on canvas. The artist studio and contents are included in this sale.

Furniture & Lighting: Terrific pair of mid century large black lounger chairs w/ottomans by Plycraft are on offer, as are two great benches - 1 antique colonial style, the other more modern. Great vintage campaign chair, black Barcelona chair, early side chairs, round dining table set, queen sized waterbed, lawyers wooden tall cabinet, mod painted low cabinet, king sized bed, great large wooden flat file cabinet, bookcases, French provincial reproduction writing desk, multiple early dark mahogany dressers and end tables. Other great pieces include a very pretty large early tall cabinet, rattan sofa with nice upholstery, Chinese table & a pine kitchen table set. Lighting includes an incredible industrial early tall lamp, quirky bird bedside lamp, mod desk lamps, and small bedside tables in varying styles.

Jewelry & Sterling: Very nice selection of women's and men's fine & costume jewelry (necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets & watch, nice cuff link collection) including vintage. Great selection of sterling and Native American jewelry is present. Also featured is a quite pretty sterling flatware set (127 pieces) by Gorham in the Puritan pattern. Many sterling hollowware items are featured as well.

Books & Ephemera: Terrific library with original early series by prominent authors (Shakespeare, Thackeray, Tennyson, Byron, Shelley, Dickens, Eugene O'Neill), good art book collection, large vintage law library selection. Also a large selection of paperback fiction from the 1950's-1990's. Terrific amount of early and mid century ephemera including early photographs, artist paperwork from local and national art exhibitions circa 1950's - 1970's, framed artist prints, newspapers, more!

Audiophile, Vintage Camera Equipment & LP's: Very nice selection of vintage LPS and audiophile equipment. Vintage audiophile pieces include multiple receivers (NAD 7240PE, Sherwood S-7250), Gerrard turntable, multiple quality speakers including vintage JBL Lancer 66's, camera equipment include vintage Kodak SLR's, Brownie movie camera, more.

Rugs & Collectibles: Early hamadans in fair condition with much wear, 2 newer multi hued hand tied vertical striped rugs, quite pretty Persian rug in creme, blue & red floral motif (12 ft 7/5" x 7 ft 11"), many more room and area rugs of varying age and condition. Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Parking is restricted on the street. We will not allow driving up the road except for residents. You will have to park at the base of the road on Euclid and walk up approx. 2 blocks to the home.
