We've been hoping that you all are healthy and well during this challenging, historic time. We're excited to see you again! We'll be holding an estate sale in San Leandro this SAT ONLY with the following rules: Masks (w/o valves) to be worn at all times (mandatory), temperature check taken at front door, all those entering must sign Covid release waiver, must apply hand sanitizer and/or gloves upon entry, and all must observe social distancing. Phew! It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

Really sweet home with lots of great collectible and useful treasures. Terrific pieces include Asian items, vintage quilts and girls clothing, antique spool table and 2 large vintage rugs (approx. 10' x 8' each). Lots of original photographs, watercolor, early antiquarian prints and good contemporary art. Great sampling of ethnic textiles, new Vera Bradley purses, wicker chairs, kitchenware and some women's jewelry with sterling. Bacarrat and Waterford are present, as are end tables, lamps, stationary, purses, women's shoes size 8.5, contemporary books, small sleeper sofa (creme colored) and potted plants. Patio furniture and garage misc. round out this great estate. 1 day, all must go!

Cash, credit card, venmo & paypal are accepted, house is secured, please do not disturb occupants. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces of furniture (we also recommend Lugg).
