Extensive Covid precautions will be taken: Masks must be worn at all times, temperature check taken before entry, Covid waiver release form to be signed, hand sanitizer (or gloves) must be used, and social distancing must be practiced. We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

For this house we will allow approximately 10-12 people at a time (20% capacity). It's a 2 story home w/an outside backyard so please be patient!

Furniture: Dining room table and chairs, buffet, small glass computer desk, bedroom sets w/sizeable wear, lots of chairs of varying sizes, red leather recliner, end tables, older lamps, vintage rocking chair, queen & twin beds, 2 hope chests, lots of well loved furniture which will be very reasonably priced!

Collectibles/Decorative: Antique pharmacy scales and weights, multiple sets. China and glassware sets, vintage Royal typewriter, 2 vintage furs (darker late 1980's mink, 1960's silver shrug), Computamatic Football & Basketball boxed vintage game.

Kitchenware: Lots of kitchenware including some vintage - Tepco large dinner plates, glassware, Franciscan Desert Rose and Apple china, meat grinder, some Christmas.

Jewelry: A large selection of good vintage sterling jewelry, costume and some nice fine jewelry.

Cameras/Electronics: Small Advent speakers, Revere Imatic movie camera, 2 flatscreen tvs, early sewing machine, vintage disposable cameras.

Books/Lp's: Some early books including sets: History of France & England by Guizot, History of Russia by Rambaud, signed poetry by E. Women's Vintage Clothing & Accessories: Women's contemporary clothing size Sm-Lrg, some vintage men's jackets (circa 1970's).

Housewares/Soft Goods/Holiday: Very clean linens and bedding, towels and useful household items. Large quantity of picture frames of varying sizes. Lots of knick knacks. Games and puzzles and a whole room of Christmas.

Garden/Tools/Garage Items: Large refinished heavy work table in great condition, work bench, hardware, Craftsman disc sander, tool room with older tools: Delta band saw, nice early drill press, pump generator, more. Also Maytag washer & dryer. BBQ pit, outdoor grill w/propane, Weber grill, garden statuary w/few nice religious pieces.

Cash, credit card, venmo & paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

There is good street parking. Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely.
