Extensive Covid precautions will be taken: Masks must be worn at all times, temperature check taken before entry, Covid waiver release form to be signed, hand sanitizer (or gloves) must be used, and social distancing must be practiced. We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

For this house we will allow approximately 15-20 people at a time (20% capacity). It's a 3 story home so please be patient!

Jewelry/Sterling Flatware: A very nice selection of fine and costume jewelry including 14k necklaces, bracelets, bangles, rings, lapis & gold bangle, emerald and 14k, gold scrap, garnet necklace, small amount of Victorian, cameos, charms, jade bangle, amber and ethnic beads, pearl necklaces & earrings, Swarovski necklace. Art & Lighting: Good mid century metal sculptural piece, terrific optical art large original oil on canvas, Gorman prints, decorative floral pieces, nice frames. Lamps and shades of all sizes including carved wooden mid century lamp.

Cash, credit card, venmo & paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Parking is very tight. You must park down at the base of Hillside Court and walk in. No entry by car into the court unless picking up furniture. When lining up for entry please line up at the black mailbox at the bottom of the stairs.
