Hello! We'll be holding the final few hours of a great sale for you.

Extensive Covid precautions will be taken: Masks must be worn at all times, temperature check taken before entry, Covid waiver release form to be signed, hand sanitizer (or gloves) must be used, and social distancing must be practiced. We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

For this house we will allow approximately 22 people at a time (20% capacity). It's a 2 story house, garage & beautiful outdoor backyard so please be patient!

Collectibles & Sterling: Wonderful collection of Japanese & Chinese collectibles including bowls, Imari, blue & white plates & dishes, obi pieces, large textile rolls, men's kimonos & Chinese roof tiles. Other great items include a beautiful large sterling International place setting for 12 with 214 pieces, fantastic & impressive collection of Zuni carved Indian Corn Maiden fetishes (many signed by the artists). Still a good amount of sea shells from around the world. Thai large vintage spirit house, Waterford glassware & Italian jardinieres are just some of the many treasures here.

Books & Ephemera: Still a nice amount of books from around the world including hardbound: books specific to sea shells, books on Thailand & Asia, contemporary and reference books, historic and literary books from around the globe and spanning the decades. Multiple rooms with books!

Art: Multiple original floral & landscapes, sketches, framed bird & floral lithographs, framed embroidery.

Kitchenware: Lots of useful items, Dansk dishware, quality glassware.

Furniture & Lighting: 2 full sized beds, early secretary, dresser, mirrors, Chinese rosewood desk, 2 sofas, pine dining table w/6 chairs, more!

Cash, credit card, venmo & paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Plenty of on-street parking. Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely.
