Extensive Covid precautions will be taken: Masks must be worn at all times, temperature check taken before entry, Covid waiver release form to be signed, hand sanitizer (or gloves) must be used, and social distancing must be practiced. We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

For this house, backyard & large basement we will allow approximately 15 -18 people at a time (20% capacity). It's a 2 story house, garage & backyard so please be patient!

Original listed art/photos/art supplies: Terrific selection in multiple rooms of original oils on canvas by Beth Hird in all sizes and compositions. Beth Hird shows in Maui, SF, LA, SF Moma, studied in London, and paints from her vast and meaningful experiences in nature. Original signed animal photos (Daniel Bianchetta), lithographs, ink on paper, Japanese ink brush drawings, & cool art pieces from around the world are on offer. Tremendous amount of art supplies including brushes, paints, tablets, paper, canvas, more!

Musical Instruments/Electronics: Very nice selection of Nikon & Canon SLR cameras including multiple lenses (Canon, Tokina, Nikon, Eos), Klipsch subwoofer, Yamaha amp (A6500), GoPro 3, a whole table w/great electronics. Other items are a Xbox 360, dvd player, upright Kimball piano, bongo drums, & an antique bugle.

Records/CD's/Dvds/Books: 2 boxes of vintage LP records including some rock, CDS, DVDS. Tremendous amount of quality books in varying genres including soft & hardcover art books, nature, travel, reference, psychology & contemporary literature.

Kitchenware/Housewares/Collectibles: A good amount of kitchen items including china sets, Sanyo microwave, VitaMix, an amazing vintage Wedgwood stove, Whirlpool refrigerator, lots of quality housewares & quality wooden large butcher block island. A Miele vacuum is present, as are office supplies & printer. Great collectible items include antique Bocce balls, an African beaded door hanging, Deco light fixture, Buddhas, standing hand collection & small great decorative items from around the world.

Clothing & Jewelry: Great selection of Women's clothing size XS-S & some XL including contemporary, sporting, ethnic, tribal. Lots of pretty handmade leather purses, women's shoes size 7, silk scarves, and accessories. A very large collection of contemporary jewelry including ethnic.

Furniture & Textiles: King sized bed, bedding, textiles are present, as is much oak furniture (round kitchen table, chairs, dresser w/mirror, pretty early secretary) cool contemporary coat rack & wooden screen. Other great items include a large, 'as is', hand tied rug, pillows, covers & embroidered tapestry.

Garage & Backyard Items: Pretty patio furniture includes round metal table w/6 wooden chairs, long teak patio table, outdoor fire pit, Venus 10 sit on top ocean kayak, more! Downstairs (separate entrance) PACKED basement/garage includes MUCH art supplies including large sized quality blank canvases, skis, outdoor equipment, garden tools & implements (shovels, trimmer, mower, etc), 3 Werner ladders of varying sizes, Trek Bike (Navigator 200), foldable small futons, vintage Flexi-Flyer sled, bike shoes, boots, & tons more!

Cash, credit card, venmo & paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).
