Extensive Covid precautions will be taken: Masks must be worn at all times, temperature check taken before entry, Covid waiver release form to be signed, hand sanitizer (or gloves) must be used, and social distancing must be practiced. We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

For this 2 story house we will allow approximately 20+ people at a time (20-30% capacity), so please be patient!

Furniture/Art: Beautiful early tile topped table, pretty dining table set w/slat back chairs, contemporary red oversized sofa, 6 shelf modular mid century floating bookcase, rattan armchair pair w/cushions, impressive long library table, small dressers, pretty early petite secretary, small tables & end chairs, interesting sculptural pieces, pretty small sweet 2 seater vintage kitchen table set. Other great items include a nice framed oil on canvas by L. Harris, collectible mid century fire poker set by Luther Conover, much framed art, original oils, watercolors, textile art and lithographs by local artists including 3 pieces by Harry Evans.

Lighting/Office/Electronics: Mod pole lamps and small lamps, large Vizio flat screen TV, vintage SLR cameras and binoculars & a large telescope are featured.

Housewares/Appliances/Books: Great selection of housewares new and old including really nice small decorative vintage items & basketry w/vintage basketry tables. Books include fiction, poetry, travel & Latvian.

Clothing & Jewelry: Some women's small sized clothing including 3 vintage furs in various lengths & construction. A military jacket is present, as is a nice selection of fine & costume jewelry including vintage & ethnic.

Garage/Patio: KitchenAid refrigerator in very good condition. Garage items include an old steamer trunk, small tools & hardware. Outdoor items feature a vintage black metal rocker, round patio and chair set, garden pots & garden accessories.

Car: Terrific 2011 VW Golf 4 door - original owner, exceptionally maintained, minor scuffing, very clean interior, super low miles = less than 23,000 miles. This is an excellent car that drives extremely well!

Cash, credit card, venmo & paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).
