We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

Beautiful collection of multiple generations in a PACKED 3 story home and outback yard filled with treasures! Terrific contents include:

Vintage collectibles: Very impressive collection of so many small decorative items from around the world! Beautiful sterling flatware set by International in the Royal Danish pattern - 4 place settings for 12 plus additional sterling. Vintage Barbies in boxes w/clothing, early dolls including ethnic, CAL plates, Lionel Union Pacific set including track and boxes, and Steiff animals. Also featured are vintage Matchbox trucks, cars and cases, early Legos, tons of vintage games and toys, vintage license plates and a very impressive Wild Heerbrugg M5 covered microscope. A great Russell Wright wall clock is present, as are Chinese and Japanese collectibles and vintage Halloween. There's also a nice stack of 1960's and 1970's LP's and an original SOL Terminal Computer from 1976.

Furniture & Lighting: Very nice mid century modern teak items including sliding door entertainment unit, long buffet, tall backed chair, large round coffee table, set of leather chairs, bar cart, nesting tables, lots more! Lighting includes a great Mod geometric table lamp and vintage light fixtures, so much more! Other great furniture pieces include a wicker settee, library tables, desks, lots of beds, a glass fronted china cabinet, coffee tables & corner cabinetry. An early 1900's upright piano by Fisher is also on offer.

Books & Ephemera: Dr. Seuss books, a tremendous amount of early UCB items including 1880's yearbooks, photos, Berkeley High yearbooks from the 1930's-1950's, vintage children's books from the 1930's - 1960's including Raggedy Ann, Oz & German. Other ephemera includes early CA items, WWII posters & newspapers, Girl and Boy Scouts, very early Univ. of Illinois debate team jacket & pennant, early postcards and a large stamp collection. Books include some paleontology, scientific, literary, travel, religious, European and historic.

Kitchenware: Very packed kitchen with contemporary and vintage everything - pots & pans, china, dishware, cutlery, coffee items, serving pieces, glassware, tons more!

Art: Pair of Paul Lance Goines framed posters, original pretty landscape oil on canvas by listed artist Raymon Dodd Yelland, vintage lithographs and original oils and watercolors are present.

Linens/Soft Goods: Many beautiful items collected from world travels include wall hangings, lots of mid century tea towels from European travels, more! Linens include pillows, blankets, lots of vintage textiles. Rugs include medium sized hand tied early rug, throw rugs and great abstract mod 1960's rugs.

Men's & Women's Clothing: Large amount of quality vintage clothing from the 1950's & 1960's, particularly women's. Sizes range from Small to Large. Men's clothing include vintage, suits, dress and casual clothing in sizes Lrg & XL. Lots of accessories including scarves, shoes, purses, hankies & more!

Garage/Basement/Outdoor Patio/Appliances: Outdoor patio furniture include nice teak bench, vintage metal tables large and small with chaise lounge, 2 Specialized bikes (adult & child) and small wooden kids chairs. Garage is PACKED with useful household items, chemicals, small hand tools, garden equipment, vintage beach chairs, coolers, and much more. Workshop downstairs features hardware, small hand tools & findings. Appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher and stove.

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).
