Extensive Covid precautions will be taken: Masks must be worn at all times, hand sanitizer (or gloves) must be used, and social distancing must be practiced. We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

For this great Indoor 2 story house, garden and garage we will allow approximately 20-25 people at a time (30+% capacity), so please be patient!

Furniture & Lighting: Terrific furniture includes very comfortable and stylish McGuire rattan long sofa and campaign styled chair set, Mid Century Modern faux Eames chair and ottoman set, wooden Taos dining chairs, early tansu, end tables, glass side tables, very pretty dining table, bed, more! Beautiful lighting include a pair of rattan lantern tall lamps & a brass copper Masthead ships lantern by Griffiths & Sons.

Library/Cameras: Very nice selection of books from this well respected UC Riverside American Evolutionary Psychology professors' collection. Scholarly, Psychology, Animal behavior, Biology, dissertations, many used hardbound and softbound on multiple floors. Collection of vintage Tintins in French, lots of very nice bookcases as well.

CD's & Audiophile: Homeowner was an accomplished Jazz Baritone Sax player who played locally. As a result, there is an excellent large & extensive CD collection of Jazz and classical CD's. Electronics include Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine in box, Nikon FM SLR & lenses, Marantz, Kenwood Audiovideo receiver VR-7070, Yamaha CD player CDC 697, VHS player & Bose radio. Other electronics include high end printers (Epson Artisan 1430, Epson Perfection V500 photo)Ephemera includes blueprint plans for The Presidio in SF.

Original Art: Incredible original 1926 lithograph by Andre Daude 1926 entitled "Pianos Daude". Listed art include a large original oil on canvas by Judith Foosaner ("Fine Time with the Fat Cats"), and many original sketches and lithographs are present. Asian art include numerous beautiful scrolls of varying age, pair of striking Ancestor panels, Pacific Northwest carvings and a series of birds of prey colored scrolls.

Kitchenware: Full packed kitchen of this gourmet chef including mid century china (Dansk), early English blue & white floral china, numerous quality cookware including cast iron by Griswold, Lodge and enamel cookware, green cut glass wineglasses, lots of cooking accessories. Quality cookware abounds!

Textiles/Clothing/Jewelry: Entire room w/vintage & contemporary men's & women's clothing, lots of accessories including men's shoes, ties, hats. Textiles include large relatively contemporary rugs, bedding, quilts, towels & pillows. Jewelry include costume & some sterling, necklaces, bracelets, bangles, vintage beads.

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).
