Extensive Covid precautions will be taken: Masks must be worn at all times, hand sanitizer (or gloves) must be used, and social distancing must be practiced. We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

For this great Indoor house & cottage, patio & garage we will allow approximately 20-25 people at a time (30+% capacity), so please be patient!

Original Art: Listed artists include Peter Max ("Better World 2000"), fun large abstracts on canvas by Remy Duval, lots of Asian woodblocks & prints, vintage decorative sketches and lithographs.

Clothing, Jewelry & Accessories: Racks and racks of women's quality contemporary clothing (Nordstrom, Macy's), all size XS/SM/Petite. Very large assortment of quite nice women's shoes size 5-5.5. Extremely large collection of accessories including purses, hats, scarves, wraps, belts. Textiles include large relatively contemporary rugs, bedding, quilts, towels & pillows. Jewelry includes costume, beads, necklaces, bracelets, bangles. Also high end cosmetics and lotions.

Furniture & Lighting: Very pretty stacking tansu set, lovely dining table & chair set in excellent condition, Asian sideboard, multiple sofas including sets & semicircular, headboards, French chair, bedroom bench, early English wooden chair, very pretty upholstered wing chair. Multiple office pieces include bookcases, desks, office chairs & lamps of varying sizes. Multiple patio furniture sets are also available.

Kitchenware: Full packed kitchen including pots & pans, cookware, silverplate hollowware, dinnerware, china, flatware, Dansk, Villeroy & Boch, glassware, more!

Garage & Outdoor Garden: Very nice Frigidaire front loading washer & dryer set, boxes of vintage classical LP's, lots of holiday including xmas, faux flowers, potting items, patio cushions, extension ladder. Patio items include vintage metal black patio table set, second patio set & garden seating.

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely. There is plenty of on street parking. Please park respectfully and walk in.
