Extensive Covid precautions will be taken: Masks must be worn at all times, hand sanitizer (or gloves) must be used, and social distancing must be practiced. We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

For this great Indoor 4 story house, garage & patio we will allow approximately 22-25 people at a time (30+% capacity), so please be patient!

Beautiful multi generational collection of 50+ years of family items including those of a 1970's advertising professional. Vintage sci fi books, ephemera, good jewelry, men's & women's vintage clothing, quality furniture and collections in a filled 4 story home, garage & patio! Terrific contents include:

Furniture & Lighting: Quite nice furniture includes Mid Century Modern dressers including gentleman's dresser, end tables, small chairs (Kroehler, Danish stamped), early secretary, 2 seat wooden kitchen bistro table set, vintage sideboards and multiple china cabinets. Other great pieces include a roll top desk, antique bent wood chairs, very nice Mid Century Modern tulip styled white table, library table, Victorian small settee, metal headboard with full and queen sized beds, Lane cedar chest, and so much more! Beautiful lighting include small desk & table lamps and lots of vintage lighting of all shapes and dimensions.

Books/Ephemera: Nice small selection of books including writings on early Medieval, good amount of cookbooks and classic vintage sci-fi paperbacks. Ephemera include 1970's-80's paper, photos and posters & terrific large vintage posters of Manits Manzquets.

Electronics/Audiophile/Vintage Lp's : Electronics include Bolex H8 movie camera, Ricoh 126 C Flex SLR, vintage Ampro projector, Tippa S vintage typewriter, 2 vintage Royal typewriters and Coronamatic 1200. Audiophile items include very nice cabinet with vintage Rek-O-Kut L-34 turntable, The Fisher Anniversary Series Model 90-T preamp, speakers. Other audio include Polk Audio small speakers, Kenwood set, Collins Audio stereo receiver, Bogen PR2, more! Vintage LP's include large amount of LP's from the 1950's-1990's.

Original Art: Very nice listed art include two early original oils on canvas by Nan Sheets (both beautiful boat scenes), original oils on canvas by listed artists and many original sketches and lithographs spanning the decades.

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).
