Hello! We'll be holding a terrific 1 day sale for you.

Extensive Covid precautions will be taken: Masks must be worn at all times, hand sanitizer (or gloves) must be used, and social distancing must be practiced. We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 person leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

For this great Indoor 3 story house & patio we will allow approximately 30 people at a time (30+% capacity), so please be patient!

Beautiful collection of 3+ generations in a filled 3 story home & side patio with collectibles, vintage toys, collectibles, high quality sterling flatware set by Allen Adler, lots more! Terrific contents include:

Furniture, Mirrors & Lighting: Nice mid century cabinet, lots of useful bookshelves, very nice bedframe, computer desks, Mod headboard with matching end tables, purple ergonomic office chair, pretty oversized grey leather chair, lots more.

Collectibles & Decorative Arts: Very nice collectibles are present including vintage 1980's stuffed animals, amazing Allen Adler hand hammered sterling flatware set (58 pieces in the Starlit pattern), C.G. Conn "Connqueror" saxaphone, vintage electronics (turntable, Marantz stereo receiver SR 430, Teac cassette deck), Wedgwood glassware and a very nice large geometric rug. Judaica items are available, as are a nice selection of original works of art on canvas, lithographs & watercolors.

Kitchenware: Full kitchen with quality kitchenware including Cuisinart, Kitchenaid mixer, very good pots & pans, china & glassware.

Kids Toys & Equipment: Lots of kids stuffies including many from the 1980's & 1990's, kids books & baby items (playpen, changing table, rocker w/ottoman). Some children's clothing and shoes are available, as is a Baby Jogger City Mini double stroller.

Housewares: A large selection of useful items include 2 sewing machines (Singer Ultralock, Janome SewMini Machine), serving pieces, entertainment items, office supplies, sewing, cleaning, potting & gardening, audio items, CD's, small vintage doll house, books & bedding, tons more!

Patio & Garage Items/Bicycles: Very nice rectangular glass topped patio table w/vintage metal chairs, Radioflyer, camping, sawhorses, hand tools, lots of seasoned firewood, wheelbarrow, suitcases, xmas, car racks, outdoor cooker. Bikes include Cannondale 58 CM, vintage Univega, Pelaton cycling shoes size 40, lots of equipment.

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).
