Hello! We'll be holding a terrific 2 day sale for you.

Extensive Covid precautions will be taken: Masks must be worn at all times, hand sanitizer (or gloves) must be used, and social distancing must be practiced. We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 person leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

For this great Indoor 3 story house & patio we will allow approximately 30 people at a time (30+% capacity), so please be patient!

Beautiful collection of 3+ generations in a filled 3 story home & side patio with collectibles, beautiful art, women's clothing, terrific patio items including potted plants & lots more! Terrific contents include:

Furniture, Mirrors & Lighting: Very nice vintage pieces including Asian secretaries & dressers, mid century set of 6 deco inspired dining chairs, dining table, small occasional tables, cabinetry, antique chest, marble topped Chinese cabinet, Korean tansu, hardwood hand carved coffee table & lots more. Lighting includes amazing vintage hanging chandeliers & small table lamps.

Collectibles & Decorative Arts: Terrific items abound, particularly early collectible pieces, bakelite mahjong set, vintage red Royal typewriter, copper bins and Asian pots. Multiple sets of early china including Tiffany & Wedgwood. Art includes a great selection of original works of art on canvas (still lifes, landscapes,) lithographs & watercolors. Very pretty art is present here.

Kitchenware: Full kitchen with quality kitchenware including tons of French cookware, small decorative and useful cooking items, pots & pans, china & glassware including signed.

Patio Items: Lots of beautiful pots & potted plants, quality wooden patio set, very pretty outdoor items abound.

Housewares & Electronics: A large selection of useful items include serving pieces, entertainment items, office supplies, sewing, cleaning, audio items, books & bedding, tons more! Early quilts are available. Electronics include Pioneer turntable (PL 115D),

Men's & Women's Clothing: Multiple racks of quality women's clothing including Burberry trench, good labels (Escada, Valentino, Ralph Lauren, etc) size 6-10 and a beautiful kimono. Some men's clothing including quality shoes size 11-12.

Garage Items & Refrigerator: Full garage with useful items including aquariums, camping, ceramics, art supplies. Samsung refrigerator is for sale - chrome double door with freezer below, very nice.

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).
