Extensive Covid precautions will be taken: Masks must be worn at all times, hand sanitizer (or gloves) must be used, and social distancing must be practiced. We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 person leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

For this great Indoor 1 story house, back porch & back yard we will allow approximately 20 people at a time (30+% capacity), so please be patient!

Books & Ephemera: Entire library of 2 Academicians - 1 taught at CCA for decades in the Humanities, the other was a published poet who taught at CAL. Their libraries (in multiple rooms throughout the home) include Scholarly, Feminist Study, Design, Nature & Technology, Economic, Poetry, Film, along with vintage Anatomy & Physiology. Journals are present from the 1980's, along with Children's Literature & Literary classics. Ephemera include correspondence, vintage postcards and stereoscope cards, sheet music, posters, lots more.

Art: Very nice original pieces from the 1950's - 1980's including dozens of original oils on canvas, colored lithographs, portfolio of black & white photographs, framed prints by TheeBouffants and original etchings & prints by Leon Canger (Danish). Early Pickle Family Circus rolled poster, artist proofs from the 1970's, Indian framed textiles, psychedelic, tons more!

Stage Pieces: Terrific vintage prop pieces from this husband and wife duo who co-founded Nightletter Theater, an avant-garde theater troupe which toured Europe & Canada starting in the 1980's. Art installations were at the Oakland Airport, among others. Items include masks, insects & oversized chairs.

Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).
