Extensive Covid precautions will be taken: Masks must be worn at all times, hand sanitizer (or gloves) must be used, and social distancing must be practiced. We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 person leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

For this great Indoor 2 story house, 2 back patios & basement we will allow approximately 25 people at a time (30+% capacity), so please be patient!

Terrific collection of original art & woodblocks, electronics, hand tied rugs, men's clothing, quality furniture, lots of cookware, potting & lots more! Terrific contents include:

Art & Decorative Collectibles: Very nice original framed art pieces from the 1950's - 1990's including Chinese & Japanese woodblocks, a Chinese 4 panel screen w/persimmons, colored photograph of reclining nude, really interesting small French collage, & an early African large rubbing. Decorative collectibles feature a great collection of Japanese & American hand thrown pots.

Lighting & Furniture: Quality furniture include a very pretty Stanley large china cabinet with matching dining table & chairs, all in excellent condition. Office has 4 teak bookshelves w/secretary, Rabami Danish teak wooden office chair by Jorgen Rasmussen, & a dark chocolate leather sofa. Other quality pieces include sideboards, dressers, nesting tables, small occasional tables, a nice square wooden map file w/multiple drawers & glass top, an antique tansu & metal framed beds. Upholstered chairs are available, as are small decorative side lamps & a pair of Koch & Lowey vintage brass tall lamps.

Kitchenware: A very nice kitchen is on view filled w/quality cookware, glassware, silver plated & boxed flatware, Noritake white & gold rimmed china set, Hobart KitchenAid mixer (w/lift), Masatoshi knives, and much more! A great large green marble topped kitchen island with metal tall chairs is also available, as well as lots of quality cookbooks.

Electronics, Books & CD's: Electronics include an early Zenith FM radio, Klipsch speakers, turntable, tape deck, receiver, Marantz CD player & small speakers. There are multiple bookcases filled w/classic literature & gardening books. There is an extensive CD collection available.

Housewares & Textiles: Good housewares include games, trunks, vacuums, bath items & portable heaters. Textiles include multiple very nice hand tied prayer rugs, pretty large rugs, embroidered linens and quality bedding.

Clothing: Men's contemporary clothing are available in sizes Med & Lrg. Shoes include men's size 10M (good quality).

Outdoor Patio Items: There are 2 back patios filled w/vintage metal patio pieces. Black vintage metal chairs w/cushions, nesting small tables, a large round table, pretty garden pots with beautiful plants (floral, ferns, roses), lots of quality terracotta pots & potting accessories are for sale. There is a beautiful vintage cement bird bath on pedestal, as well as handsome wooden tall cubed plant stands & a Weber gas grill.

Basement Items: The basement is packed with small hand tools, holiday decorative items, catering pieces, Kenmore refrigerator, small freezer, very nice white O'Keefe & Merritt vintage stove, tall wooden wine racks, wooden trunks, useful chemicals, a washer & dryer & lots more! Access will be via back kitchen door.

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).
