Hello! We'll be holding a great 2 day sale for you.

Extensive Covid precautions will be taken: Masks must be worn at all times, hand sanitizer (or gloves) must be used, and social distancing must be practiced. We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 person leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

For this great Indoor 2 story house & back patio we will allow approximately 20 people at a time (30+% capacity), so please be patient!

Jewelry & Collectibles: A nice selection of jewelry is present including fine & sterling silver pins, necklaces, rings, earrings, watches & a vintage Howard pocket watch. Collectibles include an early Chinese embroidered rose colored jacket, Dragon art & metal tall vase, Fairies & Elves figurines, vintage black leather doctors bag, etched glass vintage decanters & cups, pristine early Singer Featherweight sewing machine in box, early wedding ring pretty quilt, 1950's dress patterns & vintage Halloween costumes, lots more!

Books & Electronics: Multiple bookcases filled with a great selection of books including Psychology, Scholarly, Contemporary Fiction, Gardening, Self Help, History, Cooking. Quality camera equipment include Minolta Maxxum 3xi, Nikon D300S, Nikonos, Canon ZR 500, Chinon CP-7m SLR, Olympus SLR, lens, lots more. An Insignia 39" flat screen tv is available.

Textiles: Very pretty round rugs - 1 small, 1 large sized, vintage & contemporary linens, pillows & bedding.

Art: Framed original oils on canvas, prints, terrific Cuban 1970's & 1980's colorful lithographs, color photographs, more!

Clothing: Closets are filled with women's 1X sized clothing, including quality brands. Accessories include leather bags & purses, hats and shoes.

Furniture & Lighting: Good vintage & contemporary furniture are available including a large pretty oak round table with claw legs, a pair of wooden wardrobes/cabinets with doors & shelves, large & small bookcases, a dark chocolate leather recliner, an oak desk suite w/file cabinets, beds including a full sized McRoskey, a very nice low wooden 3 drawer dresser, a wooden library table, sofas including white sleeper sofa & a suite of Ikea white bedroom furniture including dresser. Lighting include pretty small and tall glass lamps and brass lamps,

Housewares & Kitchenware: Lots of quality items including vases & bowls, small figural items, DVDs, CDs, stationary, full office with printer, holiday, small exercise trampoline, washer & dryer & tons more! Kitchenware include very nice Dansk flatware set & cookware.

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).
