Hello! We'll be holding a terrific 2 day sale for you.

Extensive Covid precautions will be taken: Masks must be worn at all times, hand sanitizer (or gloves) must be used, and social distancing must be practiced. We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 person leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

For this great Indoor 2 story house & back patio we will allow approximately 25 people at a time (30+% capacity), so please be patient!

Collectibles: Beautiful Chanel scarves still in packaging (4), hand carved statuary from 1960's travels to Ghana & Haiti, carved wooden bowls, small decorative boxes rimmed with sterling, Made in Sweden large glass bowl with Tiffany box, more! Other great pieces include Judaic items, Chinese vases & plate, multiple sets of china, cut glass, candlesticks, cup and saucer collection, plates & vases from Italy & Portugal, lots of vintage kitchenware. Other collectibles & kitchenware include collectible glassware include wine, aperitif & champagne glasses.

Art: There is a large selection of beautiful art pieces present including early original oils on canvas, watercolors, sketches, etchings, lithographs, posters on board, a terrific 1970's mod collage & tons more!

Furniture & Lighting: Great furniture pieces include a very nice live edge long wooden dining table with metal legs, s beautiful streamline glass topped wooden buffet, an early Victorian china display cabinet, a mid century gentleman's 2 door wardrobe, sofas, glass square end tables, mid century coffee table, small wooden decorative boxes, lots of upholstered chairs and an Italian black leather chair dining table set. Lighting include multiple lamps in all sizes & shapes including library & tall freestanding.

Rugs & Books: This beautiful large home has multiple hand tied rugs that are in excellent condition. Many are 8 x 10 or larger, each with beautiful patterns, some mid century. Books include scholarly, reference, Judaic (many in Hebrew) literary & local history.

Electronics. LP's & Ephemera: 2 long tables of quality vintage electronics include Toshiba & Sony turntables, Pioneer 8 track stereo, Quadraflex Reference:412D, Sony tuner & digital AV, Yamaha receiver & reel to reel player. LP's include multiple boxes of vintage. Typewriters in cases include vintage Olympia (2), Olivetti, Smith-Corona (2). Camera equipment include multiple SLR and tripods. Ephemera items include local school teacher strike pickets, posters, & pamphlets.

Men's & Women's Clothing: There is a very nice amount of men's & women's clothing available including vintage. Accessories include men's & women's vintage hats and scarves. Clothing is size Small & Medium (women's), Med & Large (men's) and women's shoes including nice vintage are a size 7.5.

Kitchenware & Housewares: So many houseware & kitchen items! The kitchen is filled with cookware, vintage flatware, drinking glasses, silver plate, Dansk, more. There is a great amount of housewares present including quality vacuums & useful items.

Textiles: Great textile pieces include vintage linens, tablecloths, bedding, pillows, napkins, placemats, kitty crib quilt & more. There is a spectacular quite large piece of early African Ankara fabric and beautiful vintage Guatemalan huipils.

DVD's, Old Toys & Office: There is a great collection of DVD & blue ray films in boxes. There are many old toys including collectible & plushies. Office items include a very pretty mid century teak desk and lots of practical items.

Garage: This garage is packed with a great black metal tool chest, lots of sockets & small hand tools, medical equipment, kids toys & bike, terrific white metal medicine cabinet, vases, flower arranging, holiday, books, file cabinets, cabinetry, and so much more!

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely. Be sure not to park in the AC Transit bus stops on either side of the street.
