Hello! We'll be holding a terrific 2 day sale for you.

Extensive Covid precautions will be taken: Masks must be worn at all times, hand sanitizer (or gloves) must be used, and social distancing must be practiced. We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 person leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

For this terrific Indoor 2 story house we will allow approximately 25 people at a time (30+% capacity), so please be patient!

Great collections of so many interesting items from multiple generations! Something for everyone.

Collectible & Decorative: Great decorative collectible items include very cool marble mid century lamps, a pretty rattan rocker, hand tied & machine made rugs, early hand painted pretty vases & tea set, Bob Stocksdale wooden bowl, mid century ceramics and decorative pieces, fine & costume jewelry and lots more!

Art: There is a nice selection of great art pieces present including original landscapes in oil, multiple cool embroidered art, watercolors, lithographs and framed travel photos.

Furniture & Lighting: Great furniture pieces include a fun zodiac large round bar (super unique!), two dining tables with chairs, a high quality contemporary long low wooden entertainment center with matching coffee table and side table, wardrobe, Spanish influenced hutch, wooden glass door wine case, a very early children's wooden rocker, bookcases, mod metal tea cart, dressers, wooden desks, small tables including kitchen & bistro, and an early rocker. Lighting include mod table lamps, hanging chandeliers and small fixtures.

Books & Toys: This is an estate of a former bookstore owner and educator. Books include signed first editions, scholarly, reference, historic, fiction, local history. Kids toys are present, as are lots of kids books and games, as well as clothing, shoes & a pretty girls bike.

Men's & Women's Clothing: There is a really great amount of men's & women's clothing available including vintage. Racks are full, as are multiple closets. Sizes run small-large. Accessories include women's shoes in varying sizes, lots of purses, scarves, hats, etc.

Kitchenware, Housewares, Textiles & Electronics: The kitchen is filled with cookware, china, vintage items including enamel, drinking glasses, French wine glasses & vases. There is a great amount of housewares present including quality vacuums & tons of bedding. Textiles include table cloths, linen napkins and pillows. Electronics include multiple TVs, a vintage receiver & pair of speakers.  Garage items & Patio pieces: There are multiple tables filled with tools including small hand tools, pet items and hardware. Other items include lots of library and office equipment & stationary. Outdoor patio items include gardening pots with large terracotta, small metal shelving racks and plastic patio furniture.

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).
