Hello! We'll be holding a terrific 2 day sale for you featuring a terrific family who collected lots of great items.

Extensive Covid precautions will be taken: Masks must be worn at all times, hand sanitizer (or gloves) must be used, and social distancing must be practiced. We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 person leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

For this great Indoor 2 story house we will allow approximately 25 people at a time (30+% capacity), so please be patient!

Musical instruments include a beautiful black upright piano by Shafer & Sons in excellent condition. Violins and bows are also present. Jewelry features lots of nice costume jewelry.

Art: Dozens of quality art pieces in many different genres: oils on canvas, acrylics, lithographs, watercolors, photographs. All framed & very nice, collected from world travels. Also many stand alone frames are on offer.

Textiles: Quality rugs, quilts, linens, sheets, tons of pillows & towels are present.

Furniture & Lighting: Terrific pieces include multiple tansus of very high quality, sofas, lawyers stacking bookcase, lingeire chest, sofas, upright piano, Elephant garden set, bird bath, small bookcases, Ikea bookcases, vintage bakers rack, wine rack, head board, round side tables, coat rack, mattress & box spring, pine armoire, ottomans, lots more!

Men's Clothing: Vintage including men's suits, shirts, pants, shoes, sweaters, vintage Dobbs hats with box. Some women's clothing as well are present.

Kitchenware & Housewares: A really great collection of housewares & kitchenware items! Featured pieces include a packed kitchen with high quality useful items. Housewares include vacuums, lots of useful items including textiles & linens, holiday, so much more!

Basement: A really large basement is on offer filled with cool items!

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).
