For this great Indoor 1 story house, backyard, pool house & garage we will allow approximately 30 people at a time (30+% capacity), so please be patient!

Literally hundreds of pieces of quality items in many different genres: oils on canvas, acrylics, lithographs, watercolors, intaglios, lots of black & white signed photography spanning the decades, framed art prints, portfolios, so much more. All framed & very nice, collected from world travels. Literally 100's of LP's are present including primarily vintage spanning the genres (jazz, rock, classical). 100's of CD's are also present for your listening pleasure.

Patio & Garage: There is a great patio next to the pool complete with a Solari bell, Japanese bells & wind chimes, a teak patio furniture suite, recliners, BBQs. a giant giraffe, potted plants, metal animals, a potting shed filled with pots & so much more! The full garage includes household items, LP's, books, gorilla racks & lots of other great items!

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely. Plenty of easy on street parking on a wide street.
