For this tremendous Indoor 3 story plus house, garage & monumental patio we will allow approximately 25 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient!

Collectibles & Jewelry: A tremendous amount of costume jewelry pieces to tempt you including necklaces, watches, pins, earrings, rings, collars & more including by Kenneth Lane, Kate Spade & Mark Jacobs. Collectibles feature Japanese ceramics & pottery including a huge Ohm mask, monumental wooden pillars, incredible art, black & white framed large photographs of the Ziegfeld Follies by noted photographer E. White, as well as an incredible amount of entertaining items such as plates, dishes, glassware, serving pieces, textiles for the home & so much more!

Art: Original art pieces and high quality lithographs abound. Puerto Rican colored photography, Japanese styled screen by Seattle listed artist Marilyn Bergstrom, Ken Keeley large signed lithograph, collage by Carmel artist Eve Tartar, original oils on canvas spanning the decades, quality lithographs, and signed photographs. 6 Japanese wood blocks are on offer, as are statuary pieces by signed artists include a Native American bust, jadeite Chinese horse, Chinese temple masks, wooden carvings & much more.

Textiles: An incredible amount of terrific textiles are present, including large African tribal pieces, numerous small rugs & runners in very pretty patterns and colors. Other textiles include pillows, blankets, beautiful sheets, bedding & shams.

Baby Grand Piano, Electronics & Lighting: A beautiful white 6ft 1" Hyundai G-80A baby grand is for sale featured in many photos with Ms. Mareno. Electronics include speakers, headphones, boom boxes and computer equipment. Many CD's and DVD's are also available. Lighting pieces include multiple streamlined Koncept lights, tall lamps & pair of collectible chrome vintage Casella lamps.

Books & Movie Ephemera: There are many quality books present, including hardbound art, fashion & coffee table books, literary, novels, paperbacks, travel & local history. Incredible ephemera include signed books, ID tags, Oscar badges & television scripts used by Ms. Mareno. Be sure to check out the 2 vintage grey Anvil wheeled road cases with her name stenciled on that held important sheet music and orchestra scores.

Furniture: High end furniture pieces include an early 1940's arm chair, very pretty writing desk & matching dresser, cabinetry, painted stools, arm chairs, dressing chairs, carved pillars, a stacking Japanese tansu & large kitchen wooden tansu. Other terrific items include a large carved box, heavy carved low coffee table, long beautiful sofa, antique drop leaf secretary, carved trunks, small tables, mirrors, a pair of white painted twin beds with frames, a pretty dresser with carved drawers and a beautiful twin sized bed with draping canopy. A very fine black tufted sofa is on offer, as are small handsome Chinese painted desks.

Clothing: High quality women's accessories are present including knit caps, hats, tons of beautiful scarves, belts & some clothing size SM.

Kitchenware & Housewares: An incredibly nice collection of housewares & kitchenware items are present. Kitchenware pieces include cast iron, cookware, Limoges china, newer Fiesta ware, chargers, vases, numerous beautiful flatware sets and lots of cute roosters. Other pieces include wine glasses, funky tea pots, vases, crocks, urns, a huge shelf of quality cookbooks and so much more! Housewares include ethnic basketry, stoneware, candlesticks, napkins & rings, an enormous selection of table coverings & placemats, table runners and other linens, signed art glass, ostrich eggs, wooden bowls, picture frames, two full offices & so much more. Turkish lanterns are available, as well as fun garden statuary. Garage items feature holiday with lots of Christmas decor, small hand tools, yard implements, ladders, cleaning supplies and tons of housewares including baskets & vases. Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely. Parking is very difficult - residents only allowed to park on cul-de-sac. You must park below on surrounding streets and walk in. It will be worth it!
