For this great Indoor 1 story house plus garage we will allow approximately 18 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient!

Collectibles & Jewelry: 2 pretty sterling flatware sets available - service for 6 by Lunt in the Raindrop pattern, and International in the Prelude pattern (service for 8). Other great pieces include a WWI uniform, hats & boots, other service uniforms, early mahjong set, Native American pots, early antique dolls & furniture, foo dogs, Imari plates & bowls. Jewelry pieces include some 10K, Timex & Skagen watches, antique & vintage including some sterling.

Ephemera: Tables filled with nice ephemera including early CA, letters from Hawaii, Hawaiian collectible menus, tons of black & white photos, rolled posters, lots of books, Circus graphics by Norman Carroll, sheet music.

Textiles & Housewares: Good textiles include linens, towels, table clothes & throw pillows including vintage. Housewares include ethnic basketry & figurines, Hummels, Royal Doulton figurines, folk art, antique sewing machine, stationary, vacuums, more!

Electronics: Electronics include TV, HP printer, speakers, & an Olympus OM-1 SLR.

Kitchenware: Lots of quality kitchenware are available including a blue KitchenAid mixer, enamelware, cannisters, Le Creuset, pottery & crockery, Japanese dishware, Franciscan, cups and saucers, Arzberg dishes, wooden tall kitchen moveable cabinetry & tons of cookbooks.

Furniture & Lighting: Great furniture pieces include antique dressers, table & chairs, love seat, spinet upright piano, bookshelves & an early trunk. Lighting pieces include tall floor lamps & Italian blue ceramic mid century.

Clothing: Good quality women's clothing size Med-Lrg including vintage, some men's & shoes, tons of purses & women's hats.

Patio & Garage items: Outdoor items include a pretty vintage white metal patio set with a floral motif, terracotta pots. Garage items include small hand tools, glassware, holiday including Christmas & Halloween.

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely. There is plenty of on-street parking.
