Hello! We'll be holding a great 2 day sale for you of a terrific home with quality art, glassware, really nice semiprecious stone necklaces, Chinese padlock jewelry and lots more!

For this beautiful Indoor 3 story sale we will allow approximately 25 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient!

A great selection of items include:

Jewelry: A terrifically large quantity of handmade jewelry with semiprecious stones: jade, sterling, silver Chinese padlocks, turquoise, amber. Also lots of raw gemstones.

Collectible Items & Art: Local and Judaic art including etchings, lithographs, colored etchings by Alec Cowan, original oils on canvas & black & white signed photographs. Collectibles include women's vintage dresses (size SM), Kartell magazine holder, Bertoia ottoman, Fulper pot, Mahjong set, lots more!

Great Textiles: Small hand tied rugs & vintage large area rugs, as well as a table of vintage cut fabric.

Kitchenware: Good quality cookware, lots of serving items, glassware, crystal & entertaining items.

Books & Ephemera: A wall of books including art books, beautiful House & Garden and Arts & Decoration magazines from the 1920s-1930's, jewelry making, historic, fiction. Other ephemera items include 1960's city planning manuals & correspondence.

Furniture & Lighting: Great furniture pieces include a beautiful custom made long rosewood dining table with metal legs & a Dorothy Draper black dresser. Sofas are present, as are small chairs and a camphor chest. Lighting include a terrific Italian glass decorative kitchen overhead lighting and small vintage shades.

Clothing: Good quality men's (size Med-Lrg) & women's clothing size Lrg-XL. Men's shoes are a size 9, cool mod ties, quality women's hats, purses & accessories are on offer.

Electronics: Terrific JBL Signature speaker single C-37 walnut cabinet, record player & speakers.

Garage & Patio Pieces: long wooden file cabinet, vintage wooden boxes, vintage Mac computers, andirons, Paragon small kiln, Slick Chick pinball machine, Elna sewing machine, potted plants, so much more!

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please do not disturb immediate neighbors & wait at bottom of the stairs.

Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely. There is plenty of on-street parking.
