For this terrific Indoor 3 story sale & garage we will allow approximately 25 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient!

Books: An incredible collection of vintage and contemporary books including much political science, table top, Native American, Guatemalanhistory, fiction, mystery, art, ethnographic, so much more. This is a great library collection!

Ethnographic & Art: Tables with vintage ethnographic decorative smalls including early Guatemalan carvings & terracotta. Art include very interesting hippie 3 dimensional diaramas, metal busts & statuary, listed artist original art & prints including Steinberg & Ben Shahn, Guatemalan & Haitian original oils, lots more.

Collectibles, Sterling & Jewelry: Sterling flatware, Chanel earrings, jewelry including vintage. Beautiful glassware & ceramics include vintage Scheier bowls large & small. There is also a Steinway console piano available.

Electronics: A good stereo system in rack include Kyocera R-461 tuner amp, DA 310 CX compact disc player, D-611 stereo cassette tape deck & Bang & Olufsen Begram RX-2 record player.

Kitchenware: A very well stocked kitchen with lots of vintage pieces including Dansk, Heath & collectible.

Men's & Women's Clothing: Racks & closets full of men's & women's clothing size Med - 3X including a good amount of vintage including Marimeko.

Furniture & Lighting: Great pieces include Rosewood mid century purchased from Gumps desk, pretty antique tall case clock, sofas, recliners, teak mid century chairs, beautiful inlaid artisan chair, mother of pearl early set of 4 black decorative chairs & tons more. Lighting include vintage tall lamps & small decorative lamps including 2 Martz small lamps. Majority of lamps come with Sue Johnson shades.

Rugs & Textiles: A very nice selection of high quality hand tied vintage & antique rugs are on offer both very large & small, as well as contemporary area rugs. Also available are vintage & contemporary textiles, linens, bedding & towels. Ethnographic textiles include vintage Guatemalan.

Garage: Garage items include housewares, vintage toys, a beautiful large fainting couch, hardware, plastic patio furniture & tons more.

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).
