Hello! We'll be holding a great 2 day sale for you with lots of crafts, an amazing amount of fabric, sewing machines, so much more in 2 apartments.

For this terrific Indoor 3rd story 2 apartments we will allow approximately 25 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient! Apartments are on the 3rd floor up 3 flights of stairs (no elevator).

A great selection of items include:

Fabric: Literally 1000's of pieces of high quality fabric for sewing or quilting. An entire lifetime's collection of fabric in every material and color, many with great patterns. Also upholstery with numerous bolts in beautiful colors.

Women's Clothing: Racks & racks of women's clothing size Lrg-XL, much of it handmade. Also purses and accessories.

Kitchenware: Small amount of contemporary & vintage cookware.

Crafts & Sewing Machines: Display items, soft goods, fun animal creatures, knick knacks. 6 sewing machines including Singer & Babylock.

Furniture & Accessories: Chairs, benches, mirrors, parrot cages, stools, pillows & tv.

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please do not disturb immediate neighbors & wait on sidewalk.
