Hello! We'll be holding a terrific 2 day sale for you with lots of collectible decorative items & men's clothing in a 3 bedroom home.

For this terrific Indoor 3 story home with garage & outdoor patio we will allow approximately 25 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient!

Art: Art includes original oils on canvas & ethnic prints.

Men's Clothing: Large rack & closets with men's contemporary clothing with quality brands such as Banana Republic, JCrew. Dress shirts, cashmere sweaters, hoodies, lots of pants size 32 x 32, men's shirts size M-Lrg, shoes size 10.5, quality silk ties.

Furniture: Lots of quality vintage and contemporary furniture spanning the decades. Brown leather arm chairs with ottomans, armoire, dressers, king sized Temperpedic bed with frame, sleigh bed frame for queen sized bed, end tables, arm chairs, Deco sideboard, dining table with 6 creme colored very comfortable leather chairs, deep grey sofa. Rugs including handtied & large pretty machine made.

Kitchenware: A full kitchen with contemporary & vintage cook and dishware and plate sets, entertaining sets. Lots of glassware & serving pieces.

Housewares & Books: Quality housewares including Roku LG wall mounted tv, plants in pots, bedding including quality faux fur blanket with pillows, linens, pillows and towels, dog items. Bookcase filled of books including art, historic, travel, cookbooks and local.

Garage & Outdoor Items: General household, potted plants, RAD power bike barely used, gardening supplies, lots of nice Christmas decorations and 1 x used large faux lighted Christmas tree in box, Schwinn exercise bike, Amana refrigerator, black vintage metal patio round table with chairs, oscillating patio umbrella.

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).
