For this terrific Indoor 3 story home with garage & outdoor patio we will allow approximately 25 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient!

Women's Clothing: Large rack & closets with women's contemporary clothing size Med-XL. Lots of outdoor wear, formal attire, pretty outfits, tons of hats and accessories. Lots of costume jewelry and some watches.

Furniture: King sized adjustable bed in two twin beds with frame, bookshelves, tv stand, small occasional tables, Duncan Phyfe dining table with chairs, sideboard and buffet.

Kitchenware: A full kitchen with contemporary & vintage cook and dishware, plate & entertaining sets. Lots of glassware & serving pieces. Also a great amount of utensils and catering equipment.

Housewares: Glassware, vintage LP's and '45's, vintage reel to reel, mini refrigerator, Stetson hat, men's shoes, office equipment, lots more!

Garage & Outdoor Items: General household, Christmas decorations, patio furniture, tall outdoor heater, exercise equipment, more.

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).
