Hello! We'll be holding a terrific 1 day sale for you with lots of beautiful & collectible items in a 3 bedroom home.

For this terrific Indoor 2 story home and back porch we will allow approximately 20 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient!

Art: Watercolors, lithographs and original oils including seascapes, nature, Chinese

Clothing: Women's clothing and accessories.

Books: Shelves of literary and art books including coffee table large hardbound.

Collectibles & Housewares: Chinese vintage orange and white bowl on pedestal, Chinese porcelain and metal lamps, beautiful hand tied rug, sterling and silver plated serving pieces and hollowware.

Furniture: Chairs, end tables, beds, buffet sideboard, dining table set with 6 chairs, lamps, dressers, kitchen table with 4 chairs, more!

Back Patio Items: 4 bicycles, ladders, lots of potted plants, cool gardenware.

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please do not disturb immediate neighbors & wait on sidewalk.
