Please note! This house is incredibly full. Please help us keep it neat. There are not a lot of walkways and it's packed so space is limited.

For this terrific Indoor 3 story home & backyard patio we will allow approximately 20 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient!

Cash, credit card, Venmo & Paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please do not disturb immediate neighbors & wait on sidewalk.
