Hello! We'll be holding a terrific 2 day sale for you with lots of beautiful & collectible items in a 3 bedroom home.

For this terrific Indoor 2 story home with outside patio and garage we will allow approximately 23 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient!

Art: Original mixed media framed art, large oil on canvas, lithographs.

Jewelry & Collectibles: Women's costume jewelry, men's cufflinks and pocket knives. Collectible china sets, early stemware, cut crystal, Hummels, Lladro, entire room with collectible pieces.

Clothing: 4 closets packed with quality women's vintage and contemporary clothing and accessories including vintage Nina Ricci circa 1990's. Shoes size 8.5, clothing varies from vintage 12 to contemporary XL.

Books & Ephemera: Shelves of literary, classics and contemporary fiction books. Ephemera includes Oscar pamphlet 1973, Scandinavian posters, 1950's clippings, etc.

Housewares & Kitchenware: Packed house with lots of useful and utilitarian items including linens and serving pieces, bedding, kids toys & games including vintage, lots of vintage Christmas, early costumes, grandfather clock. A very nice full kitchen is available with quality pots and pans.

Furniture & Player Piano: Round dining room table and chairs with caned seats, large and small bookshelves, secretaries, small china cabinets, very nice CA king bed, bassinet, lounge and rattan chairs, bar, sofa, tall glass and brass etagere shelving, grandfather clock, small side tables, antique armoires, dictionary stand, player upright piano with 100 rolls, much more.

Cash, credit card, Venmo are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please do not disturb immediate neighbors & wait on sidewalk.

Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely. Note: You must park on either side of Hiller Drive and walk in to Binnacle Hill.
