Hello! We'll be holding a great sale for you in a 3 story 4 bedroom home.

We will allow approximately 30 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient!

Art: A vibrant collection of art national and local in the pop surrealist style! Decades of collecting with unusual and magnetic pieces including oils on canvas, lithographs, photography, assemblage, collage, so much to see! This is quite unusual and not like any other estate sale!

Furniture, Lighting & Rugs: Sofa, upholstered chairs, floral Indonesian chest, more! Rugs include small and large including hand tied in great condition.

Books: Antique and vintage.

Kitchenware & Collectibles: Kitchenware, espresso maker, lots of collectibles including much kitsch.

Tiki Room: tiki mugs and glasses, desk, handmade cabinet, glassware.

Housewares & Tool Room: Garage items, ladder, architectural garden cement piece, saw horses, full darkroom with quality enlarger and all accessories including chemical pans.

Cash, credit card & Venmo are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please do not disturb immediate neighbors & wait on sidewalk.

Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely. Park on Fruitvale or Canon and walk in please.
