Hello! We'll be holding a great sale for you in a 3 story 3 bedroom home, garage and backyard.

We will allow approximately 30 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient!

Furniture, Lighting & Rugs: Upholstered high backed chairs with ottoman, small tables, headboards and beds, desks, dark brown leather settee, dining table and chairs, multiple china cabinets, upright piano by F.M. Spencer, grandfather clock, vintage white Chinese lamps, more! Rugs include 7 ft x 11 ft and 12 ft x 10 ft handtied beautiful rugs, runner and prayer rug.

Clothing: Women's and some men's vintage and contemporary clothing sizes SM-XL including designer - closets full, including quality women's shoes size 8.5 - 9.

Art: Art includes original listed oils on canvas, watercolors, gouache, lots of framed prints & vintage.

LP's, Books & Ephemera: 2 boxes worth of vintage rock and folk. Books include much contemporary fiction and literary, hardbound vintage classics, travel. Ephemera are black & white photographs of famous people by G. Paul Bishop, boxes of photographs, Hawaiian ship menus.

Kitchenware, Jewelry & Collectibles: 2 full kitchens with kitchenware is present including stemware and valuable Minton china. Collectibles include cups and saucers, angels, Buddhist statuary, costume jewelry, comic books, 1980's baseball cards, more!

Housewares, Outdoor & Garage: Tons of housewares including linens and bedding, Christmas and holiday, kids toys and stuffed including vintage. Outdoor is wooden bench, metal vintage table and chairs with chaise lounge, terracotta pots, garden statuary. Garage has tools, tons of books, gorilla racks, lots of clothing, more!

Cash, credit card & Venmo are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please do not disturb immediate neighbors & wait on sidewalk.
