We will allow approximately 25 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient!

Cash, credit card & Venmo are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please do not disturb immediate neighbors & wait on walkway. PARKING IS DIFFICULT and on only one side of the street.

Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely.
