Cash, credit card & Venmo are accepted, house is secured and alarmed. Please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including large and small pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please do not disturb immediate neighbors and wait on walkway.
