Hello! We'll be holding a great sale for you in a 2 story 3 bedroom home & garage.

We will allow approximately 25 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient! There will be two entrances, 1 for upstairs and 1 for downstairs garage.

A great selection of items include:

Furniture: Asian and American furniture including sofa and chairs, lamps, bookcases, beds, cabinetry, dressers including Danish Modern, mirrors, dining table and chairs, small tables, lighting, more!

Art: Original oils on canvas & framed prints.

Kitchenware: Quality kitchenware in large kitchen is present, some kitschy vintage.

Collectibles: Chinese pots and collectibles, men's watches.

Clothing: LOTS of Men's and Women's clothing size Med-Lrg is available, Women's shoes size 9, men's and women's hats and ballcaps. Some vintage denim.

Housewares & Garage: Cleaners, housewares, linens, small hand tools, horse textile, bowling ball, exercise equipment, suitcases, refrigerator, bbq.

Cash, credit card & Venmo are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please do not disturb immediate neighbors & wait on walkway.

Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely. Do not park in driveways.
