We will allow approximately 25 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient!

Art: Original oil on canvas & framed prints.

Kitchenware: Some kitchenware in large kitchen is present.

Collectibles: Very pretty sterling flatware Royal Danish by International.

Clothing: Men's and Women's clothing size Med-Lrg is available.

Housewares & Garage: Exercise equipment including NordicTrack, free standing punching bag, Diamondback and Trek bikes, Yamaha Clavinova small organ.

Cash, credit card & Venmo are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please do not disturb immediate neighbors & wait on walkway.

Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely. Do not park in driveways.
