Hello! We'll be holding a great sale for you in a 2 story 3 bedroom home & garage.

We will allow approximately 30 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient! **There will be two entrances, 1 for upstairs and 1 for downstairs garage.**

Musical Equipment: 2 ukes, 2 acoustic guitars, Steinway baby grand piano.

Art: Original oil on canvas, photographs & framed prints.

Kitchenware: Some kitchenware in large kitchen is present, lots of vintage china.

Collectibles: Very pretty sterling flatware and holloware, jewelry, vintage belt buckles.

Clothing: A huge assortment of Men's and Women's clothing -Men XL, shoes size 11, Women's size XL-3X, shoes size 11 is available. Brand new purses, vintage and contemporary clothing. Men's tons of nice Hawaiian shirts.

Housewares, Patio, Garage: Treadmill, bikes, teak patio furniture, lots of orchids and potted plants, floor to ceiling PACKED garage ready for digging!

Cash, credit card & Venmo are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please do not disturb immediate neighbors & wait on walkway.

Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely. Do not park in driveways. Parking on one side of street only.
