We will allow approximately 30 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient!

Books & LP's: Books and present and stacks of vintage LP's mostly showtunes.

Art: Original oils on canvas & framed prints.

Kitchenware: Tremendous amount of kitchenware in large kitchen is present with lots of vintage china including enormous collection of Jewel Tea.

Electronics: Receiver & whole system.

Housewares, Front & Backyard, Garage: Lots of good quality housewares, outdoor furniture and decorative, full garage including hand tools!

Cash, credit card & Venmo are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please do not disturb immediate neighbors & wait on walkway.

Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely. Do not park in driveways. **PARK AT TOP OF CULDESAC AND WALK IN**.
