We will allow approximately 25 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient!

Clothing: Racks and closets of women's clothing size XS-S including Banana Republic and lots still with tags, handbags & men's clothing size Large are available.

Housewares & Garage: This house is packed with housewares, much new in boxes and still with tags! Decorative, religious, amazing amount of items, curtains, bedding, children's toys and clothing, toiletries, more!

Cash, credit card & Venmo are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please do not disturb immediate neighbors & wait on walkway.
