We will allow approximately 20 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient!

Furniture & Lighting: Antique baby rolltop, Nelson slated platform bench, modern sofa, beds, dressers, chairs, china cabinet, mod chairs, small desk lamps, more!

Books & LP's: Contemporary books, large box filled with 1970's LP's.

Art: Original abstract oils on board, framed travel poster.

Kitchenware: Much quality kitchenware & glassware.

Collectibles: Dolls, glass horse bookends, costume jewelry.

Clothing: Closets packed with women's clothing size SM-L.

Housewares & Greenhouse: This house has lots of housewares, bedding, television, much more. An outside patio with potted plants has many items including shed and soccer equipment.

Cash, credit card & Venmo are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

House is down driveway. Please do not disturb front house residents. Please do not disturb immediate neighbors & wait on walkway.

Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely. Do not park in driveways.
