Hello! We'll be holding a nice sale for you in a 3 story 3 bedroom home, garage and back patio.

We will allow approximately 23 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient!

Furniture & Lighting: 1970s and earlier furniture, Duncan Phyfe dining table and chairs, small tables, couch parlor set, very pretty early bench, marble topped coffee table, beds, dressers, desk, chairs. Lighting includes vintage hanging swag lamp and desk lamps.

Electronics: Full audio system.

Clothing: Rooms and closets full of men's and women's clothing including some vintage, lots of shoes, hats, accessories.

Kitchenware: Quality full kitchen including vintage green glass, ceramics, tons of collectible mugs, UCB cups, more.

Housewares & Patio: This house has lots of housewares, bedding, linens, a room full of potted plants, UCB handmade stained glass, much more.

Cash, credit card & Venmo are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please do not disturb immediate neighbors & wait on sidewalk.

Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely. Do not park in driveways.
