Hello! We'll be holding a very nice sale for you in a duplex - 2 2 story homes and back patio and small adu.

We will allow approximately 23 people at a time (25+% capacity), so please be patient!

Furniture: Mid century white and teak sofa, blue sofa, early china cabinet, pretty dining table and chair set, mid century tall case, easy chair, standing desk, round oak table.

Art: Chinese woodblock by Shiro Takagi, Diebenkorn print, collage, silk prints, embroidery, 1950's ink drawings, lots of art, all interesting spanning the decades.

Rugs: Numerous hand tied rugs large and small, some machine made also.

Clothing: Rack full of men's and women's clothing including some cool vintage.

Kitchenware: Full kitchen including Polish ceramics, pots, more.

Housewares & Backhouse: DVDs, glassware, The Fisher receiver, sewing machine, Chinese jade plants, books, games.

Cash, credit card & Venmo are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please do not disturb immediate neighbors & wait on sidewalk
